In honor of national Cupcake Day, Marble Slab Creamery is offering free ice cream cupcakes on December 15, 2011 from 4 to 7 pm http://www.marbleslab.com/default.aspx This freebie is happening in the U.S. And also in Canada, although the Canadian freebie is limited only to the first 50 customers. I was browsing the ice cream cupcake selection on their website and they look delicious, although the sugar and calories may prove a bit too much for some people.
By the way, cupcakes seem to be making a comeback lately. I've noticed a lot of bakeries and ice cream shops have started serving up specialty cupcakes.
